Please read through our College 101 Handbook for Students and Parents prior to submitting enrollment materials. The handbook is updated with important clarifications; Understanding and accepting the policies, procedures, and guidelines is a part of the enrollment process in the Early College Program. Compass Testing--Deadline October 8th Students needing to retake a portion or all of the COMPASS must take the test by October 8th. A testing slip is required for entrance into the GTC testing center. Please see Ms. Beaver/Duncan/Burrow for a testing slip. Score reports indicating that the test was taken October 9th or later will not be accepted. Please provide scores to Ms. Beaver/Duncan/Burrow as soon as possible. Registration Deadline--Oct. 15th by 3 pm ALL registration forms are due by the above date and time. Incomplete and late forms will NOT be accepted. In order to be processed, all forms must be complete and accurate. Incomplete/inaccurate forms will be returned to students and must be returned corrected by 3 pm on Oct. 15th. Forms may be turned in to Ms. Beaver, Ms. Burrow, or Ms. Duncan. Academic Advising-- Sept. 23rd through Oct. 2nd Ms. Beaver, Ms. Duncan, and Mrs. Burrow will provide Academic Advising VIA APPOINTMENT September 23rd through October 2nd.
